Choosing Animals to love over Humans
The reason I chose Animals over Humans…
Are you like me who mingles around with animals well but is very bad at socializing?
If yes then do give a read to my blog, I know you will agree to my point of why animals are a much better choice to love.
1. You don’t have to talk about great things to animals to delight or please them. A smile, a treat or a pat on them is enough. Whereas for humans you have to go through a process of talking to them (talking what they like to hear), talk about others, talk about how much money you can earn, how capable you are, what all you possess, how much you can show off. The more you say all these, the more they get pleased by you.
2. Animals have very little expectations from you. It’s is as small as giving them food, love, and affection. They don’t have an ego, they don’t have ‘I am better from them’ kind of feelings, they think everyone as their family who show little love to them. No ‘Amar Tomar’ concept. Whereas in humans our life starts and ends with ‘Amar Tomar’. Humans never think beyond this. The phrase ‘kya le k aye ho, kya le k jaoge’ is written only it books which every human read, but find hard to understand and most importantly accept. As humans our life goal gets revolved around this is mine, that is your, she is mine, he is yours. We often accept how our family is as persons. We accept their anger, their rudeness, their odd behavior of not being friendly, they not doing anything for us but we don’t think much about it and accept. But if we see any of these behaviors in someone else’s case, we simple boycott them, gossip about them, pick up only the bads and talk about them.
Why? Why do we do so?
Because we are humans and Kyuki koi bahar ka admi aapna nahe hote.
3. Animals never forget you. They never forget what you have done for them. They will be always beside you without judging your faults. They will never come and boost to you what they have done for you and what you haven’t done for them. But humans will…
‘Manus er sobhab, manus khub joldi muk muchay nai’. No matter how much you do, how beyond you go and do for them, they will forget. There will come a day when humans will judge you with things that you haven’t done for them over the things you have done for them. One of the most selfish creatures created for the mother earth.
4. And lastly the most important factor, you don’t need to bring a priest, gather hundreds of people, chant mantras, and hold rituals to declare an animal as your family. You can just love them and they get accepted also with a bond that never gets a break. But for Humans, you cannot just date someone and accept them as your family. Never! Even if you want, people will make sure that you don’t. You need to chant mantras without understanding what they mean, spend your earnings, gather hundreds and thousands of people out of pressure to please the society, give them lots of food and gifts so they go out and then again gossip about how tasteless that ‘Kheer’ was. Also doing all these is necessary unless that girl or boy you dated will never get any value of her/his existence in your life.
We live in a society where no matter how much that girl or boy does for you, supports you mentally, financially, or physically, gathers no value in the eye of the people around as long as it’s not ‘official’.
Why do we human have to be so complicated? why can we understand the pain only when it is ours, why do we fail to understand when someone else is suffering?
Are we born only to be selfish?
Why can’t we be a little considerate?
a little less selfish today…?
